I have a weight loss plan I'm trying out. Lose a pound a month. Simple, right? My weight right now is 132 pounds. My goal is as follows: April 130, May 129, June 128, July 127, August 126 and September 125. Stop there and maintain. Travel along with me and let's see how it goes.
Today is Saturday March 31 and I'm at 132. Need to be at 130 in April. I'm starving myself today. That's why I started this blog -- as a distraction.
